Curried Sausages

Yummy sausages submerged in a rich curry gravy, lathered over cheesy mashed potatoes.

- 4 sausages
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 L chicken stock
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp chicken powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
Chop sausages into bite size pieces, then add to a pan and fry until they have a nice brown crust.
Remove the sausages, then add in the onion and garlic to sauté.
Once the onion is starting to look translucent and has some golden colour to it, add in diced carrots.
Now is when you add in the curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken powders. Cook these off.
Pour in the chicken stock, and a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water).
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sausages in for 5 minutes before serving.
